Resources for Peer Support Professionals
What is PSP BRANCH??
PSP BRANCH is a 90-minute networking event created by and for Peer Support Professionals that rotates locations monthly and draws participants from across the state of Colorado. Each gathering offers a space to connect, collaborate, share best practices, and learn from one another in a professional yet peer-centered environment.
By hosting or sponsoring this event, your organization makes a tangible investment in sustainability of workforce, community harmony, and visibility within the behavioral health ecosystem. This isn't just a meetup-it's a movement!

PSP B.R.A.N.C.H. is more than a meetup—it’s a living, breathing movement built by and for Peer Support Professionals (or credentialed CPFS-Certified Peer & Family Specialists)across Colorado.
Each month, peers gather to connect, collaborate, and sharpen the edge of recovery work through shared experience and grounded practice. Whether you're here to recharge, build new alliances, or explore creative approaches to peer work, you're in the right place. We cover it all! From hosting panels and keynote speakers, to facilitating workshops and education to strengthen the professional development of deeply needed mutual aid support.

A PSP BRANCH Gathering for Boulder County Peer Support Professionals
Flatiron Forge is a fun, intentional networking event for Boulder County Peer Support Professionals who are doing the work and want to do it better together.
This BRANCH gathering invites peers into my BoCo office for a grounded, relational space focused on connection, collaboration, and cooperation across the peer workforce. The goal is simple and not small: strengthen how we work together by understanding who’s doing what, where overlap exists, and how we can support one another without duplicating effort or competing for air.
Flatiron Forge is not a lecture and not a formal presentation. It’s a peer-led space where relationships matter more than titles, and where conversation leads to real-world collaboration.
What to expect:
Authentic connection with fellow Peer Support Professionals across Boulder County
Clear insight into my role, scope, and current work in BoCo
Open dialogue about collaboration, boundaries, and shared goals
A relaxed, welcoming environment that values lived experience and professional integrity
Whether you’re new to peer work or deeply rooted in the field, Flatiron Forge is about building trust, visibility, and cooperation so the peer workforce can function as a network instead of a collection of silos.
Come curious.
Come honest.
Leave more connected than you arrived.
Light refreshments provided.

Peer Support Professionals Zoom Meeting (E.C.H.O.)
Every FRIDAY - 7:30AM - PSP ECHO is an acronym for Peer Support Professionals Empowering Community Helping Others. This is a safe meeting space for Peer Support Professionals *only*. Meaning, No participants. No supervisors. No administrators.
ECHO is meant for Peer workers from all walks (recovery, mental health, unhoused, veteran, etc.) to come together for support, networking, resources, and collaboration. This is a brave place where we are given the space to vent, ask questions, and be there for one another.
We need definitive space away from those we support so we can fulfill our own needs.
