Denver, CO - Family Support Specialist

Tracey Joined AFRC in 2022 as a Family Support Specialist. She offers individual support services to families and friends struggling with a loved one's substance and alcohol use. Tracey also facilitates a CRAFT- (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) group along with a family support meeting.

Aurora, CO - Peer Recovery Coach

Ralph Hanna, lives and works in Aurora, CO and has been working at Advocates for Recovery Colorado in Aurora since July 2021. Ralph has been in active and sustained recovery since 1986.

Delta/Montrose, CO - Peer Recovery Coach

I started going to Advocates for recovery in 2021 . I was a participant and I volunteered. I became a Peer Recovery Coach in 2022 for the Delta/Montrose area.

Jared has been in active and sustained recovery since 2020. He joined the AFRC Denver family in Juy of 2023.

Adam joined our AFRC Durango team in August of 2023. He has been abstinent and free from all substances and/or alcohol since 2020.

Joining AFRC in 2023, Michaela has been clean and sober since 2020. She is the most recent addition to our Sterling team.

Brooke has been in active and sustained recovery since July 2020. She became part AFRC in January 2024 while taking the Peer Recovery coach Training. While taking the training she felt like she was doing exactly what she needed, making that next right move for her recovery “I’m excited and grateful to be a part of AFRC.

Delta/Montrose, CO - High Acuity Peer Navigator

Haley has been in active and sustained recovery since September of 2021. She began her journey with AFRC as a participant in 2021 and became a Peer Recovery Coach/ High Acuity Peer Navigator for the Delta/Montrose area in March 2024.

Denver, CO - Bilingual Peer Recovery Coach

Dara has been in active and sustained recovery since October 2021. Born in Tijuna, Mexico, Dara’s first language is Espanol. In April 2024, Dara joined the AFRC team as their first Bilingual Peer Recovery Coach.

Matthew became a part of the AFRC team in September of 2024. Matthew has been in active and sustained recovery since 2016.
